After the trilogy projekt of:STALAGGH: ended with Projekt Misanthropia, the entity now returns under the name of :GULAGGH: to drag humanity down a spiral of audial torture. The new trilogy will reflect the pain and suffering in the Gulag Soviet concentration camps; with the added GH reflecting 'Global Holocaust'.
The First :GULAGGH: cd 'Vorkuta' is created with instruments like violins, trumpets and flutes covered by layers of tormenting vocals by mental patients and over 30 children from a youth mental asylum as well as haunting samples and soundscapes, building an atmosphere of terror and discomfort!

Matchitehew Assembly is a two day, all-ages assembly of musicians from across the nation and otherwise, June 5th and 6th, 2009 in Chicago, Illinois.

The lineup has just been announced and will include: Marblebog, Monarque, Bloodyminded, Menace Ruine, Sword Heaven, Velnias, Oakeater, Silvum, Heatdeath, Krieg, Bone Awl, Rusted Shut, Cadaver In Drag, Aborted Christ Childe, Ashdautas, Volahn, Maledicere, Locrian, Wormsblood, Burial Hex plus one group/performer yet to be announced.

It's unfortunate to have to report, but with the way things have been going lately why not just keep piling the bullshit on? The GOLD vinyl version of the Marblebog/Vorkuta 7" is now practically nonexistent. I personally hand delivered a tightly packed thick-as-a-brick box containing all the sleeves and vinyls destined for Ohio as Ars Magna Recording's cut of the release. Years and years of packing experience cautioned me to use about half a roll of packing tape on the package and of course I did. It would appear that somewhere between here and there (1 state away) the package was opened and almost all of the contents removed and not put back. We'll call it stolen but the USPS prefers lost it seems, delivery confirmation or no. Regardless, just a handful of the vinyls arrived at Ars Magna headquarters with not 1 single sleeve or insert to go with them. All said and done, with a tiny overrun of the sleeves and 25 copies sent to the bands, there are only going to be about 70 or so of the GOLD vinyl edition of this release that should have been limited to 250 copies... shrinking the overall pressing of 500 copies down to 320 give or take. If you see anyone stocking the GOLD vinyl version of this release that isn't Ars Magna please contact us or Ars Magna. We'd love to know where the hell the missing copies ended up. Til then, Jeffrey
