Dagon
In Desolationem Per Nefandum CD
Hermetic Metal from Texas on Fire Of Fire.
Darkflight
Perfectly Calm CD
Epic doom, driven by sorrow-filled harmonies that create an atmosphere of loss and longing while retaining an underlying sense of hope.
Deathspell Omega
Manifestations 2000-2001 CD
It has been in the works for years, but here is finally the official CD version of the early Deathspell Omega material that was available on vinyl only as of today. It gathers the songs included on the splits with Moonblood, Mütiilation and the Black Metal Blitzkrieg V/A LP : by far the most primitive material of all and in all aspects, pure underground Black Metal. No unreleased songs : if you own the vinyls, this is of little relevance for you! On Northern Heritage.
Deathspell Omega
Manifestations 2002 CD
This contains the last and most intense manifestations of the first era of the band, 8 unreleased songs, initially intended to be featured on the Crushing the Holy Trinity V/A and on a canceled split with defunct Cantus Bestiae. Harsh and in the style of a more frantic "Inquisitors of Satan", some of these ideas have developed to sketches for later recordings. LP version coming later. On Northern Heritage.
Drudkh
Forgotten Legends CD
Debut album from this Ukrainian horde, featuring members of HATE FOREST. "Forgotten Legends" sounds like a blend of the latter band and BURZUM: fluid like a stream in the forest, yet raw like the moist earth.
Drudkh
Songs Of Grief & Solitude CD
DRUDKH's fifth album ventures into acoustic territory, offering ancient, sorrowful, Ukrainian folk songs. Their radical, conservative revolutionary ideas here establish a dynamic counterpoint with the serene, earthy, primitivist atmosphere of the music. The unusual booklet comes adorned with old illustrations of Mediaeval / fantasy folk tales and traditional, Ukrainian decorative motifs. A truly unique item, different from their other albums, yet wholly consistent with the conception of this stellar band.
Drudkh
Blood In Our Wells CD
'Blood in Our Wells' is DRUDKH's most proficient album to date, featuring the most skilled musicians from the radical Ukrainian Black Metal underground. The new material takes a more pronounced nationalist leaning on this album, with poetry from the most respected XXth century Ukrainian poets serving as lyrics, and brilliant soloing, while retaining the blend of BURZUMic Black Metal and traditional folk music. Because of the use of samples from classic Ukrainian cinema, the album is more cinematic than its predecessor, while still in a similar vein musically. Richly textured and atmospheric, this is a truly amazing masterpiece.
