Nadja
Skin Turns To Glass CD
Nadja creates music that has been variously described as drone metal, ambient doom, and shoegazer, incorporating influences from such diverse artists as Swans, Godflesh, My Bloody Valentine, & Codeine. Nadja combines soundscapes, electronics, & atmospheric vocals with snail-crawl, epic riffs & dirge-like percussion, tempering the cacophany with a certain ethereal melodicism such that the listener is enveloped in a sublimating wall of amorphous sound.
Negative Reaction / Beneath The Frozen Soil
split CD - Total Rust Music
This split presents a bitter and unforgiving struggle between the raw blackened Doom Metal of Swedish Doomsters Beneath The Frozen Soil, and the well-known hateful Sludge of New York's gods, Negative Reaction. There are no winners in this dirty Battle, just fifty bleeding and harsh minutes straight from the most unpleasant side of the genre. Expect for totally punishing experience! Split to your face...
Nifelheim
Nifelheim CD
This masterpiece of satanic black metal fury should need no introduction. Drawing their influence from classic and primitive black metal pioneers such as Sodom, Bathory, and Hellhammer, Nifelheim stood in contrast to the second wave of black metal primarily done in the Norwegian style that was flourishing at the time Nifelheim released its self-titled debut LP in 1995. At the core of Nifelheim’s style and imagery is pure satanic evil. Combine this with heavy metal inspired melodies and raw blackened thrash riffs and you conjure up this flawless classic. After being out of print for years, these unholy hymns are once again available on CD.
Nifelheim
Devil's Force CD
Three years after their debut album, Nifelheim returned with one of the most searing black metal albums of the decade. Devil’s Force retains the same traditional thrashing black metal style but also incorporates a frenetic insanity only rivaled by the Brazilian death metal masters such as Vulcano, Sarcofago, and Expulser. Clearly heavily influenced by these and other Brazilian demons, this album reaches and maintains a level of intensity that few black metal bands have ever attained. No longer only available by online auctions and shitty MP3s, this official CD reissue is an essential component to any true metal fanatic’s collection.

North
Na Polach Bitew CD
Crushing Pagan War Metal. Fourth album of Slavonic Heathen Warriors from Poland with lyrics in their native language. NORTH belongs to the cult first wave of True Polish Black Metal of early 90's along with BEHEMOTH, GRAVELAND, HERMH, SACRILEGIUM and INFERNUM. CD includes some exclusive artwork by Rob Darken of Graveland.
Nortt
Galgenfrist CD
After some delay and a bit of haggling we finally have these in stock. The price reflects this. As most of you know Nortt began their chemical exposure all those years ago on Sombre Records with the "Hedengang" 7" which we actually stocked here back in the day when AKR was known simply as Urolagniac Distribution. That 7" along with Moonblood/Katharsis, Odal, Goatfire, Nachtmystium and a slew of other vinyls certainly created an impact. Nortt is one of the few bands from that era (a whole 5-6 years ago) that still consistently create with the same formula as always and feel no shame...as if Nortt was always meant to be this way and always will. This has rarely been more true with quality bands of this black/funereal/doom ilk. Nortt are revered and rightfully so. "Galgenfrist" frightfully making this point clear.

Objekt 4
Mindscars 2 CD set
Swedish Dark Ambient. Early efforts/demo recordings reissued on a nice, thin double-digi.
Objekt 4
Shades Of Night
Objekt4 was formed in 2003 by Sweden´s Anders Peterson with the aim of expanding cinematic sound design into music, by creating hybrids with field recordings and musical instruments/approaches. The objective was to create musical ambiance rather than ambient music. ´Shades of Night´ is Objekt4´s 6th full-length release. Objekt4 expands on his early albums with a hybrid approach between various nocturnal ambience, brilliantly combining unique sounds into something that transcends the individual noise. Field recordings of the night blend with musical instruments, analogue feedback, and distant voices. The world of Objekt4 combines the crackling of a small distant fire in light rain with the singing of night birds, a far off lighthouse foghorn intertwines with the chaos of an insect swarm. Electric guitar, gongs, plate bells, crotales, and a 12-string acoustic guitar all seep out of the darkness to add their contribution. That Objekt4 can amass these separate sources and construct them into a perfectly blended atmospheric piece is where the beauty and mystery of shades of night comes out of the void and reveals itself in all its glory.
Obscurus Advocam
Verbia Daemonicus CD - Battle Kommand
French black metal at its finest, featuring members of Glorior Belli, Wolfe, and Temple Of Baal.
Ohtar
Human Fuel Of Death CD
Back with vengeance and pretty much a new line up. Necro has now a new drummer & guitarist amongst the ranks of Ohtar and the outcome is? More aggression and some new elements unknown in the previous recordings. Also a rerecorded version of Song Of War. Here you'll get a bit of depressive behavior, melodic passages with more aggressive outbursts and even death metallish like vocals. Not sure if this should be called black metal but for those who don't mind a decent production and well written songs should find the new Ohtar desirable. This definitely isn't like the older albums and has evolved to say the least for those who haven't heard the last album or so.
Otesanek / Loss / Orthodox / Mournful Congregation

Truly one of the unique split releases of the genre.
